Structural

Concrete strip footings and a slab on grade serve as the building's foundation. Exterior walls are constructed from 12" CMU blocks reinforced with rebar and filled with concrete. Concrete columns form the internal grid of the structure with steel wide flange beams running atop. Supporting the roof is a system of steel joists.
